HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1 – PURCHASE A HOME
Be 1 of the first 200 purchasers at QUEENS to qualify. Purchase an awesome Condo, pay your deposit and practice your Cornhole. This is real! You are actually buying a condo so make sure you are approved! What makes this contest so special is that you have a strong possibility of winning your home.
STEP 2 – CONFIRM YOUR ENTRY
Only the person listed on the original contract may participate. No stand-ins or substitutions allowed. Purchasers will be notified of the date and time of the Cornhole tournament. We will give you tons of notice! Purchaser just has to confirm their participation with our Sales Team prior to the event.
STEP 3 — TAKE YOUR SHOT
All participants will attend the event and receive one throw to compete for the prize. The contest follows a Single-Elimination Format, meaning a missed throw results in elimination. With each round, the throw line will move back by 1-foot increments. The last person remaining wins a Free Condo!

Is this for real? Like, are you actually giving away a Condo?
Absolutely, 100%! It’s a bit wild (we know), but we’re thrilled to fully reimburse one Condo Purchaser for the cost of their home. That’s right—a free condo!
Does it cost anything to enter?
The short answer is: Yes.
You have to be prepared to go through the steps of purchasing a home. This means signing a Contract of Purchase, paying a Deposit and ensuring you are qualified to complete on your condo… If you don’t win.
If I enter the contest and win, do I end up with two condos?
No, you won’t get two condos. If you win, Dawson + Sawyer will refund your deposit and pay off the balance of your purchased condo. You’ll own your home free and clear. See contest details.
What’s the date of the Cornhole for a Condo Contest?
Our contest will run until Fall 2026. We’ll make the announcement for the Queens Cornhole for a Condo event in the next few months, so keep an eye on your email and our socials for the big day. Practice, Practice, Practice!
If I can’t attend the Cornhole for a Condo Contest, may I send someone else to take my throw?
No. Only the original purchaser listed on the Contract of Purchase may enter the contest and take the throw. Don’t worry we will give you tons of notice so you can attend.
What happens if I don’t pay my Deposit after I sign my Contract of Purchase? Can I still win a free condo?
No. All parts of the Contract of Purchase must be fulfilled including payment of Deposit(s).
Do I still have to pay taxes, strata fees, or closing costs if I win?
Yes. You DO NOT have to pay GST (we will cover that… you’re welcome) but you do have to pay closing costs, optional upgrades, PTT*, property taxes and strata fees once you complete on your home… Also, you have to pay 1 dollar to make it all official! Should be able to find that in your couch.

What are my odds of winning?
Only the first 200 people who purchase a home at Queens qualify to enter the contest. Your odds are CRAZY good…1 in 200, or better.
