All participants will attend the event and receive one throw to compete for the prize. The contest follows a Single-Elimination Format, meaning a missed throw results in elimination. No, you won’t get two condos. If you win, Dawson + Sawyer will refund your deposit and pay off the balance of your purchased condo. You’ll own your home free and clear. See contest details.
Our contest will run until Fall 2026. We’ll make the announcement for the Queens Cornhole for a Condo event in the next few months, so keep an eye on your email and our socials for the big day. Practice, Practice, Practice!
No. Only the original purchaser listed on the Contract of Purchase may enter the contest and take the throw. Don’t worry we will give you tons of notice so you can attend.
No. All parts of the Contract of Purchase must be fulfilled including payment of Deposit(s).
Yes. You DO NOT have to pay GST (we will cover that… you’re welcome) but you do have to pay closing costs, optional upgrades, PTT*, property taxes and strata fees once you complete on your home… Also, you have to pay 1 dollar to make it all official! Should be able to find that in your couch.
